In this video that I posted I just show you the basics for the portrait mode. I think sometimes it would have been the better default, not landscape. It also has been misunderstood. So I just show what I have learned about it just by using my cricut a whole lot.
I made a video with my imagine making a onesie. I used RGB numbers to match the color of card stock that I used on the diaper cake for the monkey (diaper cake last post). I used t-shirt transfer material and printed and cut image of a monkey from the sweethearts cricut cartridge.
I made this diaper cake for my friend's daughter shower. We had the shower on Saturday March 12th. It was so much fun and everyone enjoyed the cake. The new mother to be is doing a safari theme and concentrating on the monkey. Monkeys are just so cute! It was so much fun to make I used the sweethearts and create a critter cricut cartridges. The diapers are the prefolded cloth ones and very easy to fold in quarters and roll them. Here is a picture and then I also did a video on it.
She loves the cake so much she will be using it for a decoration at her other shower. Some time after that she will take it apart. I put the animals on with pop dots and should be easy to take off. She will be able to save all of them and they will be used for the baby scrapbooks. What a nice memory this will be giving her. Her sister will be doing most of the scrapbooking. Well here is the video on how I put this cake together and the reason it is pink, blue, yellow and green is because we did not knnow what she was having it was revealed at the shower and she is having a boy.
I use my gypsy to adjust sizes on different envelopes so they will fit 3 by 3, 4 by 4, 5.5 by 4.25 and any other size cards I need. I just take off the aspect ratio and this gives you the freedom to create all kinds of sizes.
For this video I used the envelope on page 54 of the Wild Card Cartridge.
3 x 3 is 5.75W x 4.75H
4 x 4 is 7.5W x 6H
4.25 x 4.25 is 8.10 W x 6.35H
4.25 x 5.5 is 10.25W x 6.25H
Have a great day!
